Who are T&M Elite Travel?

Answer. T&M Elite Travel is a full-service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups.

Is T&M Elite Travel a certified and licensed Company?

Answer. Yes, we are certified with IATAN. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance. 

What are your hours?

Answer. We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm est. We respond very quickly via email at tmelitetravel@gmail.com

What payments do you accept?

Answer. For group events, we accept online payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer Paypal and Affirm.

Do you provide refunds?

Answer. No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I have to make payments every month?

Answer. You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

Answer. You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
